Survey Civic Exchange commissioned the Hong Kong Transition Project to conduct a survey on District Councils elections in mid-2006. Initial analysis of the data collected was compiled into a report, which was jointly submitted to the HKSAR Government as a submission to the Government’s consultation on reforming the role of District Councils. A press conference was held in September 2006 to release the full detail of the survey report.
