Civic Exchange continues to explore the planning, environmental, economic and financial issues related to transport policies and planning. Our research encompasses a vast array of topics from public transport planning to cleaner vehicles and fuel emissions.

Planning
Civic Exchange's planning focus continues to encompass both urban and rural planning issues. We recognise the importance of understanding Hong Kong's planning and development systems and have written guides to help those both inside and outside those systems be more effective in their roles.
