FEATURES OF THE PROGRAMME

Individually designed projects
One of the unique features of the Civic Exchange Internship Programme is that we design research projects to suit the individual interests and abilities of each intern. Although we provide close supervision for interns, this process allows for the exercise of initiative and encourages independent thinking.

Possibility of publication
Each intern has to write an essay or report before departure. We have no Civic Exchange may publish high quality research papers under the Civic Exchange name with the intern shown as author. Papers will be made available on our website and in hard copy. Other papers may be published as Civic Exchange - Intern Publications if they reach a minimum standard.

International dimension
Another aspect of the Programme is its global nature. Interns are likely to interact with Civic Exchange’s international network of “thinkers, researchers and facilitators,” as well as interns of different nationalities.

Attending Civic Exchange events
Interns have the opportunity to attend Civic Exchange’s events, which may include lectures, workshops, public presentations, facilitation, and special visits.
